THoMcast — launching a B2B marketing podcast from zero

Twenty episodes, a format that survived me, and everything I learned about publishing on a schedule.

The House of Marketing had expertise and no channel to put it through. I launched the THoMcast and hosted around twenty episodes.

The interesting part was never the recording. It was building something that could run every two weeks without heroics: a guest pipeline, a question structure that worked across very different people, and a production routine short enough that a busy week didn't kill an episode.

What I'd keep from it: a format you can sustain beats a format you can be proud of once. The show outlasting my involvement is the only metric I actually care about.
